Airfares remain elevated, and the carrier said bookings for China, Japan and South Korea are leading the rebound. Hong Kong rival Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. has a way to go before it gets to those lofty heights, with last year’s revenue still only about half of pre-pandemic levels.
