LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Kardashians' star Kim Kardashian recently reached new heights in her fashion career as she collaborated with Marc Jacobs for their Fall 2023 campaign.
However, social media users suggest Kim's latest photos have resemblances to her sister Kourtney Kardashian's style. Kim often collaborates with luxury brands for ad campaigns.
In addition to being the face of her SKIMS brand, Kim famously worked with Dolce & Gabbana as the creative director for their Milan fashion show and also designed Kourtney's wedding outfit from the same brand.
Kim Kardashian slays in Marc Jacobs' Fall 2023 campaign photoshoot
Kim has become the newest face of the designer Marc Jacobs' fall 2023 global advertising campaign. The reality star revealed the big debut with a series of stirring photos on her social media.
The photos, taken by photographer, Tyrone Lebon, highlighted the brand's collections and ready-to-wear pieces that featured a lot of polka dots and leather fits.
One shot showed Kim rocking a black corset bustier, a leather midi skirt, black gloves covered in white spots, and Jacobs' Kiki ankle boots.
Meanwhile, in another photo, 'The Kardashians' star looked stunning as she sported a structural polka dot coat, leather gloves, and a crescent-shaped Curve bag.
However, in the last photo in the slide, Kim shared a close-up of her face centered on her right eye and lips. Kim's latest look for the photoshoot was styled by creative director Alastair McKimm.
Alongside the photos, Kim simply announced in the caption, "MARC JACOBS FALL 2023." However, Jacobs' official Instagram page also celebrated the launch with footage from Kim's shoot.
'It’s giving Kourtney'
Kim's latest photoshoot was loved by her followers but some of the critics compared her style with that of Kourtney's.
This comes after the Kardashian sisters have already been feuding over Dolce & Gabbana as Kourtney accused Kim of using her wedding for her promotions.
The latest photoshoot may spark another controversy among the sisters as social media users commented on Kim's post, "It’s giving Kourtney."
A second follower added, "Is Kourtney ok with this?" Another critic penned, "Kim Rulez th Profits from Kourtney Ideas."
One internet user said, "Polka dots and boots are meant for Kourtney." While one user wrote, "I can see Kourt in these fits," another noted, "These pics literally giving me Kourtney vibes."
